Build Tab: Create and Customize Build PDFs

Generate, customize, and manage Build PDF configurations for your events

Summary
Use the Build tab to create PDF printouts of event build information. You can customize document settings, save configurations for reuse, generate one-off variations, and manage all configurations from the event settings page.

Instructions

  • Go to the Build tab within an event and click Print to open PDF settings

  • Select a configuration from the Saved Configuration dropdown or start with an unsaved draft

  • Review the summary to see what the current configuration will generate

  • Adjust document settings using the available configuration options and descriptions

  • Click Save as New to store a configuration for future use

  • Enter a name and description, then click Save

  • Select saved configurations anytime from the dropdown to reuse settings

  • Click to generate and preview or download the PDF with your selected configuration

  • Make small changes to an existing configuration to create one-off documents without saving

  • Use the Update button to overwrite an existing saved configuration

  • Use Save as New to duplicate and slightly modify an existing configuration

  • Return to an unsaved draft to start from scratch at any time

  • Go to Event Settings β†’ Build PDF tab to edit, delete, or create configurations

Build PDF Settings

  • Accent Color: Sets highlight color for document styling and branding

  • Document Size: Adjusts text size and spacing (Compact, Normal, Large)

  • Digital Instructions QR Code: Adds QR codes linking to digital instructions

Section Toggles

  • Title Page: Includes event cover page with branding

  • Event Summary: Includes overview of event details and logistics

  • Delivery Checklist: Includes packing and delivery checklist page

  • Hard Goods Pull List: Lists hard goods to prepare

  • Hard Goods Delivery Location Page: Groups hard goods by destination

  • Hard Goods Strike Page: Tracks post-event pickup and returns

  • Recipe Pages: Includes production recipe pages

Delivery Checklist Settings

  • Show Other Items Table: Adds blank table for extra items

  • Other Items Row Count: Sets number of blank rows

  • Recipe Grouping: Organizes checklist (No Grouping, Proposal Section, Delivery Location)

Hard Goods Pull List Settings

  • Show Item Images: Adds thumbnails for items

  • Show Hard Good Prices: Displays item costs

  • Item Image Size: Controls thumbnail size

Hard Goods Delivery Location Page Settings

  • Show Item Images: Adds thumbnails by location

  • Item Image Size: Controls thumbnail size

Hard Goods Strike Page Settings

  • Show Item Images: Adds thumbnails for tracking

  • Item Image Size: Controls thumbnail size

Recipe Page Settings

  • Show Recipe Images: Displays recipe header images

  • Recipe Image Display: Key Image or All Images

  • Recipe Image Size: Controls header image size

  • Show Stem and Hard Good Images: Adds thumbnails in tables

  • Stem and Hard Good Image Size: Controls item image size

  • Show Recipe Notes: Includes notes content

  • Show Recipe Unit Prices: Displays recipe pricing

  • Show Flower and Hard Good Prices: Displays item costs

  • Show Total Stem and Hard Good Quantities: Shows totals

  • Two-Column Recipe Tables: Toggles table layout

  • Page Break Between Recipes: Controls pagination
