Summary
The Build tab in FlowerBuddy gives you a real-time view of your event production process. It shows total labor hours, item needs, inventory warnings, and recipe progress—all in one place to help you manage event execution efficiently.
Instructions
Go to the Build tab of your event.
At the top, review the production summary:
Total hours required
Hours completed
Overall completion percentage
Below the summary, view the Hard Good Pull List:
Shows all hard goods needed for the event
If inventory is enabled, pull or check out items directly
Warnings appear when inventory is insufficient or missing:
Yellow triangle: Not enough inventory — click to add to shopping list or adjust stock
Red warning: Item missing from inventory — click to add it
Scroll down to view Recipe Cards:
Expandable sections showing photos, notes, and item usage
Mark recipes as In Progress or Complete
Assign team members to specific recipes
Upload photos to track completion visually
