FlowerBuddy allows you to generate and share comprehensive build instructions through printable PDFs and digital links. These resources include key event details, checklists, and recipe-specific content to support your team during production and delivery.
Instructions
Go to the Build tab within your event.
Click the PDF button to start customizing your Build PDF.
Choose which content to include:
Recipe images
Stem and hard good images
Recipe notes
Prices (optional)
Select an accent color for visual distinction across different events.
Click Download or View to generate the Build PDF.
The Build PDF includes:
Title page
Event summary with contact info, timeline, and addresses
Delivery checklist with space to add extra items
Hard good pull list with item locations and quantities
One page per recipe showing:
Quantities
Optional pricing
Notes
Inspiration photos
Full stem and hard good lists
QR code linking to the digital build version
To share digital instructions:
Click Copy Shareable Link or generate a QR code from the Build tab
