Summary

You can now print build tags directly from the Build tab of an event. These tags help you organize and label arrangements, buckets, or boxes using customizable tag types and print settings.

Instructions

  • Open an event and go to the Build tab.

  • Click the Print button.

  • In the dialog that appears, configure the two available tag types:

    • Generic Tags: Used for labeling items like buckets or boxes. These include the event name, date, and optionally a location.

    • Recipe Tags: Used to label each individual arrangement, like bouquets or centerpieces.

  • Optional settings for both tag types:

    • Toggle accent color

    • Include a QR code linking to your public build page

    • Show your logo

    • Show location

  • For Generic Tags:

    • If not using locations, enter the number of tags to print and how many per page.

    • If using locations, each timeline location will appear with a quantity selector.

  • For Recipe Tags:

    • Tags are printed based on the number of arrangements per recipe.

    • Click Customize Recipe Tag Quantities to manually adjust quantities per recipe.

  • When ready, click View or Download to generate the tag document.

  • The first page shows generic tags; the following pages contain recipe tags.
