Summary
You can now assign specific team members or event locations to individual recipes within an event. This helps organize tasks by responsibility and location, using lists already configured in your workspace and event timeline.
Instructions
Within an event, go to the Build tab.
Scroll down to the Recipe List.
Each recipe has dropdowns for both Assignee and Location.
To assign a team member:
Click the Assignee dropdown.
Select a name from the list, which is pulled from your Workspace Member Settings.
To manage your assignee list:
Go to the Workspace Settings page.
To assign a location:
Click the Location dropdown.
Choose from the list of locations defined in your event timeline (from the Details tab).
Only locations used in the timeline will appear in the location dropdown.
