Summary
You can use FlowerBuddy AI to generate floral recipes directly within your event. By entering a style prompt, the system builds a draft recipe using your event flowers, which you can then customize and save for use in your event workflow.
Instructions
Go to the Recipes tab within your event.
Click the Add Item button and select Generate Recipe.
If no event flowers are added yet:
You can add them directly from this screen before proceeding
In the prompt field, type a description of the bouquet or arrangement you want.
Click Generate.
FlowerBuddy AI will use your event flower palette to create a draft recipe with:
A title
Description
Flower selections with assigned quantities
Edit the recipe as needed:
Change the title, quantity, or description
Remove or adjust flower selections
Click Add Flowers to include any additional flowers
Once satisfied, click Save to add the recipe to your event.
You can then manage the recipe like any other:
Edit it further, clone it, or make changes as needed
