Summary
The Client Portal gives your clients access to their proposal, contracts, and payment schedule. From here, they can view and sign contracts using a secure email verification process. Once signed, documents are stored in the portal for easy reference.
Instructions
Direct your client to open their Client Portal link.
They will see three tabs:
Proposal: Displays the full proposal design
Contracts: Allows viewing and signing of contracts
Payments: Shows the event's payment schedule
To sign a contract:
Go to the Contracts or Documents tab
Click the Sign button
Enter full name and email address
Click Sign to trigger a verification code email
Enter the code and check the confirmation box
Click Sign again to complete the process
Once signed, the contract will appear as a signed document under the Documents tab.
