How Clients Can Make Payments via the Payment Schedule

Guide for clients paying through the Payments tab after signing a contract

Summary

Once your client signs a contract, they can easily complete payments through the Payments tab using the built-in Stripe integration. This process ensures timely payments and provides email confirmations after each transaction.

Instructions

  • After signing the contract, your client should navigate to the Payments tab.

  • They will see a Pay button next to each item in the Payment Schedule.

  • Clicking the Pay button will launch a secure checkout via Stripe, where they can enter credit card details.

  • Once the payment is completed, they’ll receive an email confirmation with the payment details and receipt.

  • For any remaining payments, clients will automatically receive reminder emails.

  • Each reminder email includes a link that takes them back to the Payments tab to complete future payments.
