Summary
FlowerBuddy allows you to accept secure web payments from clients through the Client Portal. Once your payment integration is set up and the event settings are configured, clients will be able to pay online with just a few clicks.
Instructions
Open the event where you'd like to enable online payments.
Go to the Details tab and scroll down to the Payments section.
Ensure the Enable Web Payments switch is turned on.
If it’s disabled, complete your payment integration setup in Workspace Settings.
Web payments can only be accepted when:
Web payments are enabled
The contract has been signed
No active amendments are pending
Clients can access the Payments tab in the Client Portal.
Each scheduled payment will show a Pay button if web payments are available.
Clients can click the button to pay directly online using your integrated Stripe account.
