Summary
The Form Submissions page in FlowerBuddy allows you to view, manage, and act on client-submitted intake forms. You can review submission details, link submissions to new events, and remove entries that are no longer needed.
Instructions
Go to the Form Submissions page to view all client-submitted forms in a table format.
Each row in the table shows:
Date the form was submitted
Submitter’s name
If applicable, a link to the event created from the submission and its date
To view full details of a submission, click the eye icon.
To create a new event from a submission, click the paper icon.
To delete a submission, click the trashcan icon.
