This guide explains how to link a client intake form to an event template and add a recipe quantity field. This allows clients to submit specific quantities for selected recipes during form submission—helping tailor event planning to their needs.

Instructions

  • Open the Form Editor for the form you'd like to modify.

  • In the template settings section, select the Event Template you want to link to the form.

  • Click to Add a New Field and select Recipe Quantity as the field type.

  • Once added, choose which recipes from the linked event template should appear in this field:

    • Use the checkboxes to select specific recipes

  • Preview the form to see the client-facing view:

    • The selected recipes will appear under the recipe quantity field

    • Clients can enter quantities for each recipe
