This guide explains how to link a client intake form to an event template and add a recipe quantity field. This allows clients to submit specific quantities for selected recipes during form submission—helping tailor event planning to their needs.
Instructions
Open the Form Editor for the form you'd like to modify.
In the template settings section, select the Event Template you want to link to the form.
Click to Add a New Field and select Recipe Quantity as the field type.
Once added, choose which recipes from the linked event template should appear in this field:
Use the checkboxes to select specific recipes
Preview the form to see the client-facing view:
The selected recipes will appear under the recipe quantity field
