Summary
The Order tab in FlowerBuddy displays a detailed breakdown of your flower needs by wholesaler. Each section includes key order data and offers options to copy, download, or save order tables for easier coordination with vendors.
Instructions
Open the Order tab within your event.
Each wholesaler will have its own table showing:
List of assigned flowers
Quantity needed
Group quantity
Cost
Projected leftovers
To share order information:
Click Copy on any table to paste it into an email
To export the full order:
Use the options at the top to Save as PDF or Download as CSV
PDFs saved from the Order tab are stored as attachments on the event.
You can view, download, or delete them at any time
