Instructions:

  • Navigate to Build Tab: Go to your example event and head over to the 'Build' tab. Expand the 'Hard Goods Pull List' by clicking the down arrow on the pull list card.

  • Identify Items to Pull: The pull list will display all the hard goods set for the event. Items will have a 'Pull' button next to them for action.

  • Pull Rented Items:

    • Click 'Pull' next to an item set for rental (e.g., a compote).

    • Confirm the number of items to pull (e.g., 10 items) in the pop-up.

    • Optionally, you can click the 'Advanced' button to make adjustments.

    • Once confirmed, click 'Submit'. The item status changes to 'Rented'.

  • Returning Rented Items:

    • Click the 'Return' button that replaces the 'Pull' button.

    • The system assumes you are returning all items initially pulled.

    • If any items are lost, stolen, or damaged, you can adjust the quantity in the 'Lost, Stolen, or Damaged' field.

    • Click 'Submit' to complete the return.

  • Pull Sold Items:

    • Click 'Pull' next to an item set for sale (e.g., ribbon).

    • Confirm that you wish to sell the item.

    • Once confirmed, click 'Submit'. The item is marked as sold, and the 'Pull' button disappears.
