Adding Inventory Items to a Recipe in Your Events

Instructions:

  • Access Recipe Card: Navigate to your event and expand the recipe card. Then expand the 'Hard Goods' section and click 'Add Hard Good'.

  • Search Inventory Items: When searching for hard goods to add, all items in your inventory are sorted to the top of the search list.

  • Check Inventory Quantities: Inventory items are listed along with their total quantity available in parentheses.

  • Select Item and Add: Choose the desired inventory item and click 'Add'. The item gets pulled into the recipe.

  • Rent vs. Sell Dropdowns: By default, the two dropdowns for the item are set to 'Rent', which you can change to 'Sell'. This affects the markup and consequently the recommended price.

  • Markup Differences: If you have set different markups for rentals and sales, the recommended price will vary based on your selection.

  • No Additional Cost: Since the item is already in your inventory, it does not add to the overall cost of the recipe.
