Instructions:

Navigate to Inventory Tab: Scroll through your items to find what needs updating.

Remove Unwanted Items:

  • Click the down arrow to the right of an item to expand its section.

  • Scroll to the bottom and click 'Remove from Inventory.'

  • Confirm to remove the item.

Edit Stock Levels for Existing Items:

  • Expand the item by clicking the down arrow next to it.

  • Click 'Edit Stock Level.'

  • Input the new quantity and click 'Submit.'

  • Next to the location field, click the pencil icon.

  • Use the dropdown to select or type in the location.

  • Click 'Save.'

Add New Items from Existing Database:

  • Click the 'Add Item' button at the top of the inventory tab.

  • Search and select an item from FlowerBuddy's database.

  • Specify location and quantity.

Add Brand-New Items:

  • In the 'Add Item' popup, if the item isn't in the database, you'll be prompted to create a new hard good.

  • Add the details, like dimensions, and click 'Create Hardgood.'

  • Select location and quantity.
