Summary
FlowerBuddy AI allows you to generate multiple floral recipes at once for an event. This guide walks you through selecting event flowers, providing an outline, generating recipes, and making modifications before saving them.
Instructions
Generating Recipes
• Go to the Recipes tab.
• Click the Generate Recipes button (marked with the FlowerBuddy AI icon).
• If you haven’t added event flowers yet, you’ll be prompted to do so. You can also edit existing event flowers. Click Next when ready.
Providing an Outline
• Enter a description of the wedding or event. Click Next.
• An outline of the recipes to be generated will appear. This is pre-populated based on existing event details.
• To add more items:
• Click Add Item to Outline and enter the name of the item (e.g., “bar top arrangement”).
• Drag and drop to rearrange the order.
• Adjust quantities as needed.
• Once the outline is complete, click Generate.
• The generation process takes 1–2 minutes.
Reviewing and Editing Recipes
• Once FlowerBuddy AI generates the first draft, you can:
• Expand each recipe.
• Modify the name, description, and selected flowers.
• Adjust flower quantities or delete flowers.
• Manually add flowers if needed.
Saving Recipes
• Click Save when you’re satisfied with the recipes.
• Important: Saving will overwrite all existing recipes in the event, including those that already had flowers added.
