Summary:

If your client has (1) filled out the form to sign the contract, but has perhaps filled it out incorrectly by putting in the wrong email, or (2) if they've generated a contract but then noticed an issue with it and they want the issue corrected before they sign the contract, you'll have to first delete the existing

Instructions:

  • From the within the affected event go to the "Docs" tab

  • You will see a contract with the status "not signed"

  • click the trashcan icon next to this document and then confirm you want to delete it

  • Once the draft contract has been deleted, the "sign" button on the proposal will reactivate and your client will be able to redo the signing process
