Summary:
Your events inherit your profile or template settings, for example your pricing formula. However you can customize any setting for a specific event and it will not affect your standard profile settings.
Instructions:
To make an event-specific change to your pricing formula:
Go to the specific event.
Go to the Details tab.
Find "Multiplier, Rates, and Overheads" and click to expand.
You'll see all the fees and markups from your profile settings.
Click into a field and overwrite it with the new value you want to use.
To update or change a contract within an event:
Click on the contract road to expand it.
Click the green edit button.
Make any necessary changes.
Scroll back to the top and click Save when you're done.
To change the payment reminder emails sent to your clients:
Click on the "Auto Email" row to expand it.
Use the toggle switches to turn on or off specific payment reminders.
