Summary:
How to add your contract into FlowerBuddy, enabling your clients to sign your contract right from your FlowerBuddy web-proposal.
Instructions:
From your dashboard, navigate to the top navigation bar and click on "Settings."
You will be redirected to your business settings page.
On the settings page, find and select the "Contracts" tab.
If you need assistance from Flower Buddy to add your contract, reach out to them at [email protected].
To add your contract yourself, click on the green "Edit" button.
After clicking "Edit," click on the "Add Section" button.
Break down your contract into sections or clauses.
To create a section heading, enter the desired text in the heading field. It will appear in bold.
Enter the relevant information for the section in the body field. It will appear as normal text.
Repeat the process to add as many sections as needed.

If you want to include sub clauses, such as a bulleted or numbered list:
Create a section with a title
In the body of the same section, add the first subclause (e.g., A).
Move to the next section and add the second subclause (e.g., B) in its body, leaving the heading blank
Repeat the process for subsequent subclauses (e.g., C) in subsequent sections.
The finalized contract will display with 1 bolded section title and separated subclauses (e.g., A, B, C).
