Summary:
Add a timeline to your event, specifying date, time and location for key activities. Specify whether your client can see the timeline item.
Instructions:
From within an event, go to the Details tab.
Locate the "Locations and Times" row and click to expand it.
At the top, find the key event date.
If the date is incorrect, click the pencil icon next to it.
Choose the calendar icon, select the correct date, and click Save.
Below the date, find the time zone for the event.
To change the time zone:
Click the crosshair icon to set it to your current location.
Alternatively, click in the search bar to add a different time zone.
To add a timeline item:
Click the gray plus icon.
Name the timeline item (e.g., set up).
Choose the time by either overwriting the existing time or clicking the calendar icon to select a date and time.
Click in the location box to add a location.
If it's a new location, you'll be prompted to add it.
Enter at least the name, city, and state of the location and click create.
In the future, you can search for and select previously added locations.
Repeat the process to add additional timeline items (e.g., strike) with their respective times and locations.
To choose what is visible on your proposal:
Select the desired items.
To edit location details or the time of a timeline item:
Click the gray icon next to the timeline item.
To update location details, click the pencil icon next to the location and then click Save.
To update the name or time of a timeline item, click "Edit" next to it, make the necessary changes, and click Save.
