Connect Xplor Pay to FlowerBuddy
Set up payments by linking your Xplor Pay account in minutes
Summary
This guide walks you through connecting your Xplor Pay account to FlowerBuddy. You’ll learn where to find payment settings, how to choose between pricing plans, and what to expect during the application and underwriting process.
Note: Users who use currencies other than USD cannot qualify for an Xplor Pay account. Instead, see how to connect a Stripe account.
Instructions
Click your profile picture in the upper right corner of FlowerBuddy
Select Manage to open workspace settings
Navigate to Integrations
Click Payments to view Xplor Pay settings
Review the two available plan options:
- Fixed Rate Plan
- Interchange Plus Plan (Reccomended)If unsure which plan to choose, use the pricing calculator provided on the page
Select your preferred plan to be redirected to the Xplor Pay application
Complete the application by following the on-screen prompts
Return to your FlowerBuddy account after submitting your application
Allow up to 24 hours for underwriting approval, though it is often completed sooner
To enable web payments for an event:
Open the event and go to the Details tab
Scroll to the Payment Schedule section
Toggle the Enable Web Payments switch
To enable this by default for future events:
Edit your event templates and turn on the Enable Web Payments option
