Instructions
Click your profile picture in the top navigation
Select Manage to open your workspace settings
Go to the Integrations tab
Open the Payments section
If you use follow the prompts to set up your Stripe or Xplor Pay account
Complete the onboarding steps provided by your selected payment processor

What payment methods can I accept?
FlowerBuddy lets you accept Card payments. If you are based in the United States you can also accept payments via ACH.
What is Xplor Pay?
Xplor Pay is an alternate payment processor for card payments.
What is the difference between Stripe and Xplor Pay
Xplor Pay uses an Interchange+ model which means the rate is variable based on your clients card type. Typically, your effective Xplor Pay rate will be lower than your fixed rate with Stripe.
Xplor Pay onboarding takes longer than Stripe (up to 3 days).
Xplor Pay has a small monthly fee.
Can I accept ACH via Xplor Pay?
No, ACH payments on FlowerBuddy only go through
Can I use both Xplor Pay and Stripe?
Yes. To optimize your costs, you can use Xplor Pay for card payments and Stripe for ACH payments.
