PCI compliance is an annual requirement for all Xplor Pay merchants. To remain compliant and avoid PCI non-compliance fees, you must complete the PCI compliance questionnaire within your Xplor Pay merchant portal each year.
When you originally signed up for Xplor Pay through FlowerBuddy, you should have received an email with instructions for setting up access to your Xplor Pay merchant portal. Once logged in, you can access and complete the PCI compliance questionnaire directly from the portal.
