Instructions

  • Navigate to the Recipes tab and click Generate Recipes.

  • In Step 1, select the event flowers to serve as your design palette.

    • You can edit this list manually or use AI to modify it.

    • Once done, click Next.

  • In Step 2, provide a brief description of the event or retail plan.

    • Example: “Modern, elegant wedding with a neutral palette.”

    • Click Next when finished.

  • Step 3 involves managing your outline.

    • You’ll see a list of existing recipes (groups and cost cards are hidden but preserved).

    • Use Add Item to Outline to create new sections or recipes.

    • Check or uncheck recipes to include/exclude them from AI generation.

    • Edit recipe names, descriptions, and quantities as needed.

    • Reorder recipes using drag and drop.

    • Click Generate to begin AI generation (this may take a moment).

  • In Step 4, review the AI-generated draft recipes.

    • Click into any recipe card to edit it.

    • Remove, adjust, or add flowers as needed.

    • Changes at this stage do not affect the original event.

  • Once satisfied, click Save to apply the AI-generated recipes to your event.

    • This will overwrite existing recipe content but will not delete any cards.

    • New recipes are added, and current ones are updated accordingly.
