How to Generate an Inventory Usage Report in Flowerbuddy

Generate a detailed inventory report filtered by date range and event status.

Summary

Flowerbuddy lets you generate inventory usage reports to help track how your items are used across multiple events. This report gives you visibility into what’s needed, what you own, and how inventory is allocated per event. Filters for date and event status ensure the report is tailored to your needs.

Instructions

  • Go to the Inventory page in Flowerbuddy.

  • Click the Report tab at the top of the page.

  • Set your preferred date range for the report.

  • Select which event statuses you'd like the report to include.

  • Click Apply to generate the report.

  • A table will display with the following columns:

    • Item name

    • Event count (number of events using the item)

    • Total needed across the selected events

    • Total owned in your inventory

  • Click the expand arrow next to any item to see a breakdown of:

    • Which events use the item

    • How many of the item are needed per event

  • Only items that meet the following criteria will appear in the report:

    • The item exists in your inventory

    • The item is set as an inventory source in at least one of the selected events
