Instructions
Accessing the Inquiry Form
Start on your dashboard.
Go to the top navigation bar.
Click on “Data”.
Navigating to Inquiry Forms
From the Data page, navigate to the “Forms” tab.
Here, you’ll see any inquiry forms that you’ve created.
To open any of these inquiry forms, click on the pencil icon next to the desired form.
Copying the Shareable Link
This will open the form’s editor.
At the top of the form editor, find the green “Copy Shareable Link” button.
Click the button to copy the link to your clipboard.
Using the Shareable Link On Your Website
Paste the shareable link into a button on your website.
This directs clients or leads on your website to the form to fill it out.
Via Email
Open your email and click “Compose”.
Write an email and highlight the text where you want to embed the link.
Click the hyperlink button (in Outlook, it says “Link” at the top).
Paste the FlowerBuddy link by either pressing Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac), or right-click and paste the link into the field.
Click “OK” and send the email.
The client can click this link to open your form and start to fill it out.
