Summary:
You can use the FlowerBuddy order tab to arrange items into multiple different wholesaler lists, reduce waste by viewing where an item is used and making qty adjustments, and export the lists as a copy/past table.
Instructions:
Accessing the Order List for an Event:
Go to the Order tab in the Flower Buddy app.
The list is organized by wholesalers, showing items from each supplier.
Changing an Item's Wholesaler:
Locate the item in the list that you want to switch to another wholesaler.
Go to the rightmost part of the item's row and click on the three-dot icon.
In the menu that appears, select "Change Wholesaler."
Search for your desired wholesaler and select it.
You'll be taken to an edit cost screen; click "Update" to finalize the change.
Viewing Usage of a Particular Stem or Hard Good:
Click the down arrow icon to the left of the item you want to explore.
The section will expand, showing all the arrangements where the item is used.
Adjusting Quantities Across Arrangements:
Look for the "Quantity Each" field with plus and minus buttons.
Use these buttons to make adjustments to the quantities of the item across all its arrangements.
This can help reduce waste if the waste column indicates high values.
Sharing the Order Table with a Wholesaler:
Click the "Copy Table" button next to the wholesaler you want to send the order to.
The order table will be copied to your clipboard.
Open your email and paste the flower order into the email by clicking "Paste" or using the control/command + V shortcut.
