Summary:

Learn how to effectively use Flowerbuddy’s new proposal editor to add, style, and preview proposal sections with ease. This guide will walk you through the steps to create a customized proposal that meets your needs.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Adding Proposal Sections:

• Navigate to the proposal tab within an event or event template.

• Click the green “Plus Section” button at the top of the proposal tab.

• A pop-up window will appear, showing different types of proposal sections you can add.

• Select a section and click “Add” to insert it at the bottom of your design.

• To add a section between existing design elements, click the circle plus icon button on the gray editing bar of the desired section.

2. Reordering Proposal Sections:

• Click the up and down arrow icon on the gray editing bar of any section.

• Drag and drop using the six-dot icon to reorder the sections.

• Click “Done Reordering” when finished to save the new order.

3. Styling Proposal Sections:

• Click the gear icon on the gray editing bar of the section you want to edit.

• A pop-up will appear with various styling options.

• Customize the title alignment (left, center, right), font size, font type, and font color.

• Remove the underline if desired.

• Edit the body section to adjust how flower images are displayed.

4. Previewing the Proposal:

• Click the “Preview Proposal” button to see an instantaneous view of what the client will see.

• Close the preview by clicking the X icon in the top right or the close button at the bottom of the preview pane.

• To view the full client portal, click “Client Portal” to open a new tab showing the entire portal, including the contract and payment sections.

5. Sending the Proposal:

• When ready to send the proposal to the client, click “Copy Shareable Link” to copy the proposal link to your clipboard.

• This action will change the event status from inquiry to proposal and lock the quantities and prices.

Note: Only use the “Copy Shareable Link” button when you are fully prepared to send the proposal to the client, as this will finalize the event details.
