Updating Your FlowerBuddy Proposal Design In Your Business Settings

Summary:

Create your default proposal design in your FlowerBuddy Business Settings. Add your logo, change the font, background color and much, much more.

Instructions:

Setting Expiration Date for Proposals:

  • Go to your dashboard.

  • Navigate to the top nav bar and click on "Settings."

  • On the Business Settings page, scroll down and click on the "Proposal" tab.

  • To set an expiration date for proposals, toggle the switch to turn on the default expiration date feature.

  • Specify the number of days after publishing the proposal for it to expire

Adding a Logo to the Proposal Design:

  • Click on "Edit Logo" to add a logo to the top of your proposal design.

  • Browse and search your file or drag and drop a file from your computer or the web into the gray dotted box.

  • Crop and adjust the logo image as necessary.

Customizing the Look and Feel of the Proposal:

  • Adjust the background color, background texture, font color, and font to change the appearance of your proposal.

  • Use the preview pane to see how the changes affect the proposal's look

Customizing Proposal Sections:

  • Decide which additional sections should be included in your proposal for clients.

  • You can modify these settings for each specific event, but these are the default settings.

  • Toggle switches to turn sections on or off as desired

Customizing Invoice Section:

  • Choose the level of detail that should appear on the invoice section of your proposal.

Add an "About Me" Section

  • Toggle switches on or off to add an "About Me" section and show or hide the profile picture on the proposal
    โ€‹

Adding Links to Website and Social Accounts:

  • Add links to your website and social media accounts.

  • Toggle the switch to display these links as icons at the bottom of the proposal.
