Fix red triangle warnings and keep flower pricing up to date

Summary

When you add flowers to a recipe in FlowerBuddy, most will already include planning prices. If a flower doesn’t have a price, you’ll see a red triangle warning. You can quickly add or update flower pricing using a simple pop-up tool that supports both per-bunch and per-stem inputs. Changes can be applied to just the current event or all upcoming events, while preserving historical pricing for past ones.

Instructions

  • Add a flower to a recipe card in your event.

  • If there's no price, a red triangle warning appears:

    • Click the triangle icon to open the pricing pop-up.

    • Specify the unit type (e.g., bunches) and the quantity per group.

    • Enter either the cost per bunch or cost per stem—FlowerBuddy will auto-calculate the other.

    • Click Update to apply the price.

  • To update an existing price:

    • Click the pencil icon next to the flower price in the recipe.

    • Adjust the cost per bunch or per stem based on current market pricing.

    • By default, Update All Events is selected—this applies your new price to all upcoming events.

    • Past events will retain their original pricing for historical accuracy.

    • Click Update to save your changes.
