Upload and manage internal-only files for team reference

Summary

Back office attachments in FlowerBuddy are internal files stored under an event’s Files section. These attachments are not visible to clients and are useful for storing reference documents like invoices, instructions, or mood boards. You can add, rename, download, or delete these attachments at any time from the Details tab of an event.

Instructions

  • Open the event and go to the Details tab.

  • Scroll down to the Files section and find the Attachments subsection.

  • Click Add Attachment to open the upload screen.

  • You can either:

    • Click Browse to open your file viewer and select a file manually, or

    • Drag a file from your computer into the dotted Drag and Drop box.

  • Once uploaded, your attachment appears in the Attachments list.

  • To rename the attachment, click the pencil icon.

  • To download it, click the down arrow icon.

  • To remove it, click the trash can icon.
