Create, organize, and filter tasks from one centralized view

Summary

The Tasks page in FlowerBuddy centralizes all tasks across your events, allowing for easy filtering, creation, and management. Tasks are displayed in a board-style layout and can be moved between stages, edited, and filtered by status, date, or assignee.

Instructions

  • Access the Tasks page to view all tasks from all events in one place.

  • Use filters to narrow tasks by:

    • Event status

    • Date range (defaults to the next two weeks)

    • Assignee

  • To remove the default date filter and see all tasks:

    • Open the date range filter

    • Click Reset

  • To create a new task:

    • Click the Add New Task button

    • Enter the task name

    • Select the event the task belongs to

    • Choose the due date

  • Manage tasks using the following actions:

    • Drag and drop tasks between To Do, In Progress, and Complete

    • Click the bell icon to toggle task notifications

    • Assign the task to a team member

    • Change the task’s due date

    • Edit the task name or description

    • Delete the task
