Summary

The Flowers and Materials tabs on the Core Data page in FlowerBuddy allow you to manage your personalized libraries of flowers and hard goods. You can search, edit, add, and delete items, with changes applying automatically to any events where the item is used.

Instructions

  • Navigate to the Core Data page and select either the Flowers or Materials tab.

  • Use the search bar to locate items by keyword or metadata.

  • Each item appears as a row with its name, image, and key details.

  • To edit an item:

    • Click the pencil icon

    • If the item is from the FlowerBuddy library, name and brand fields are locked

    • Other fields, including thumbnail and metadata, can be updated

    • Edits apply across all events where the item is used

  • To add new items:

    • Click Add Flower or Add Hard Good depending on the tab

  • To delete an item:

    • Click Delete

    • This removes it from your personal library, so it won’t show under "My Items" in event views

    • It will still remain in any events where it’s already in use
