Summary

The Tags, Professional Contacts, and Locations tabs in the Core Data section let you manage shared data elements used across events in FlowerBuddy. These tools help ensure consistency and make it easy to update or organize this core information without editing each event individually.

Instructions

  • Tags Tab:

    • View a list of all tags used across your account, along with their usage count and context

    • Click the pencil icon to rename a tag—this updates it everywhere it’s used

    • Delete a tag to remove it from all associated records (without deleting the data itself)

  • Professional Contacts Tab:

    • See all vendor/professional contacts you've added to events

    • Click Add Contact to manually add a new professional

    • Each contact shows their full details and number of associated events

    • Click the event count to view a list of linked events

    • Edit contact info using the pencil icon—changes apply globally

    • Remove a contact with the trash icon

  • Locations Tab:

    • Review all event-related locations you've used

    • Each entry shows the location name and associated event usage

    • Edit any location via the pencil icon

    • Delete a location to remove it from your records

    • Click Add Location to manually create a new entry
