Key Steps

  1. Go to the top navigation bar and select "Reports."

  2. Click on the "plus new report" button in the top right corner.

  3. Select the type of report you want to pull (e.g., payment report).

  4. Filter the data by choosing event statuses and date range.

  5. Click on "generate" to pull the report.

  6. View the data by clicking on the eye icon for a preview.

  7. Download the report by clicking on the download icon.

  8. Import the report into a Google sheet by selecting "import" and uploading the CSV file.

  9. Remove unnecessary header rows and data notes.

  10. Create filters to analyze specific data (e.g., unpaid payments).

  11. Analyze payment details including payment methods (e.g., CHECK, OT, Stripe).

Cautionary Notes

  • Reports may take a few moments to generate, be patient.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Use filters to focus on specific data points.

  • Remove unnecessary data to streamline analysis.

  • Regularly update and track payment statuses for accuracy.
