When you share your build instruction link or QR code with your team, they will likely be accessing it from mobile. This video and instruction set show how to navigate and use the public build instruction site from a phone.
Instructions:
Accessing Mobile View of Build Instructions:
Go to the Flower Buddy app on your phone.
Navigate to the build instructions for the event you want to view.
Switching to Mobile Format:
Upon accessing the build instructions, the formatting will automatically change to fit the mobile screen.
You will see all the contacts, timeline, and addresses for the event.
Using the Hamburger Menu:
In the top left corner, you will find a three-bar icon, also known as the hamburger menu.
Click on it to reveal the available tabs: "Event Info," "Hard Goods Poll List," and "Build Instructions."
Viewing Individual Recipes:
Click on the "Build Instructions" tab to see all the individual recipes for the event.
Click on a recipe card to expand it and view its details.
Accessing Recipe Details:
Click the right arrow on the recipe card to view the entire recipe.
Use the down arrows to navigate through the different sections, such as "Inspiration Photos and Notes," "Client Notes," and "Florist Notes."
Tracking Completion of Items:
Mark an item as complete by tapping "Complete" and assigning the responsible team member's name.
To add a photo of the completed work, click the camera icon and choose to take a photo or video from your phone's camera.
Uploading Photos for Completion:
Take a photo of the completed work using your phone's camera.
Click "Use Photo" to upload it to the app.
The photo will be visible to you and other team members within the Flower Buddy app.
Closing Recipe Details:
To exit a recipe, swipe it to the right.
Open and close other recipes in a similar manner.
