Proposal: Publishing and Sharing Event Proposals

Share, preview, and set expiration dates for client-facing proposals

Summary

FlowerBuddy lets you share event proposals through a public link or preview them from the client's perspective. You can publish proposals, print them (if eligible), and set expiration rules based on absolute or relative dates.

Instructions

  • Go to the Proposal tab in your event.

  • To share the proposal:

    • Click Copy Shareable Link

    • A window will appear with details and any issues, such as missing taxes or pricing

    • Click Publish and Copy Link to activate the link and copy it to your clipboard

  • To preview the proposal:

    • Click Client Portal to view the full experience

    • Click Preview Proposal to see just the proposal design

  • To print the proposal:

    • Click Print (available only on Unlimited Plan or if the event is booked)

  • To set a proposal expiration date:

    • Toggle the Expire switch

    • Choose whether to show the expiration date on the proposal

    • Set a specific expiration date or use a relative one (e.g., 30 days after publishing)
