Summary

The Timeline, Notes, and Links sections in FlowerBuddy proposals allow you to present the event schedule, add supporting details, and include key contact or social media links. Each section can be styled independently to match your proposal design.

Instructions

  • Timeline Section:

    • Automatically displays items from the event’s Details tab

    • To edit or add timeline items, update them directly in the Details tab

    • Choose which timeline items to show or hide from the client-facing view

    • Customize timeline appearance:

      • Font family and color

      • Text alignment

  • Notes Section:

    • Click to enter rich text content relevant to the proposal

    • Click Save when done

    • Style options include:

      • Text alignment

      • Font family, color, and size

  • Links Section:

    • Add links to your business website, contact info, or social media profiles

    • Supported platforms include:

      • Website

      • Facebook

      • Instagram

      • X (formerly Twitter)

      • Pinterest

      • TikTok

    • Links will display as icons horizontally across the bottom of the section
