Proposal: Adding and Managing Proposal Sections

Insert, reorder, style, and remove sections in your proposal

Summary

FlowerBuddy makes it easy to build custom event proposals by adding and managing content sections. You can insert new sections, reorder them, update styling, and toggle visibility without affecting saved content.

Instructions

  • To add a new section:

    • Click the plus icon on the divider of any existing section

    • Select a section type from the list and click Add

    • The new section will appear above the selected section

  • To reorder sections:

    • Click the arrow icon on the left-hand side of any divider

    • Drag and drop sections into the desired order

    • Click Done to save the new order

  • To disable a section:

    • Disable it using the section toggle (enabled by default)

    • Disabled sections are hidden from the client-facing proposal but remain in your editor

  • To style or delete a section:

    • Click the gear icon to open style settings

    • Click the trash can icon to permanently delete the section
