Using Event Templates in FlowerBuddy

Create, edit, and apply event templates for streamlined setup

Summary

The Event Templates feature in FlowerBuddy lets you save and reuse a custom set of default settings for new events. These templates simplify the event setup process by applying predefined pricing, recipes, contracts, and payment schedules automatically.

Instructions

  • Go to the Templates page and open the Event Templates tab.

  • Templates can include:

    • Markup and pricing settings

    • Recipes

    • Contract language

    • Payment schedules

  • When creating a new event using a template, all of these elements are applied automatically.

  • From the Event Templates page, you can:

    • Click Add New Template to create a template

    • Use an existing template to create a new event

    • Edit an existing template to update its content

    • Delete a template you no longer need
