How to Add and Manage Team Members in FlowerBuddy

FlowerBuddy’s team management feature allows you to assign tasks, receive email notifications, and customize event and calendar views by team member. This feature is available to Unlimited plan subscribers.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 What’s Included with the Unlimited Plan?

  • Your Unlimited subscription includes 2 seats by default (your own + 1 additional team member).

  • You can purchase more seats if needed.

1. Invite a Team Member

  • From your dashboard, click your profile picture icon in the top right, then select “Workspace.”

  • Navigate to the Members tab.

  • Scroll to the Invite People section.

  • If you have seats available, you’ll see the number of invites available.

  • Enter the team member’s name and click Send Email.

  • The invitee will appear in the members list with a status of Invited until they accept.

🔁 Didn’t receive the email? Click the envelope icon to resend.

🗑 Want to remove an invite or user? Click the trash icon.

2. Add More Seats (If Needed)

  • Go to the Subscription tab in workspace settings.

  • Scroll to the Workspace Seats section and click “Manage Seats.”

  • A pop-up will show your current seats and let you add more:

    • $360/year per seat (annual plan)

    • $40/month per seat (monthly plan)

  • Click Review to see prorated costs, then Confirm to finalize and charge your card.

Once purchased, return to the Members tab and you’ll see your new invites available.

3. Reassigning Seats

If someone leaves your team:

  • Go to the Members tab.

  • Click the trash icon next to their name to remove them.

  • The seat becomes available again for a new invite.
