Objective:
To select, update or cancel a Flower Buddy subscription plan.
Key Steps:
Go to the top navigation bar on the Flower Buddy website.
Click on your profile account icon located at the far right.
Select "Account" from the account settings page.
Navigate to the subscription tab.
If staying on the Scalable Starter Plan, scroll to the bottom and click "Add Payment Details" to input credit card information for future subscription fee charges.
If switching to the Scalable Pro or Unlimited Plan, scroll to the bottom of the desired plan and click the green "Select" button.
Complete the required fields in the pop-up window, including name and credit card information.
Submit the information to initiate the subscription plan change.
Check for any account credit under the payment history tab, which will be deducted from the amount owed before charging your card.
