FlowerBuddy makes it easy to track your past payments and any credits applied to your account. Here’s how to find that information:
1. Navigate to Workspace Settings
From your dashboard, go to the top navigation bar.
Click your circular profile picture icon on the far right, then select “Workspace.”
2. Open the Payment History Tab
In your workspace settings, scroll through the tabs until you see “Payment History.”
Click on this tab to view your Payment and Credit Balance information.
3. Understanding the Payment History Tab
Payments: Shows all charges made to your account, including subscription fees and booking fees.
FlowerBuddy Credit Balance: Displays any credits that have been applied to your account (e.g., referral credits or promotional offers).
4. How Credits Affect Invoices
If you have credits available, they will be automatically applied to new invoices.
In some cases, you may see an invoice total with a $0 amount paid if credits covered the full amount—or a reduced amount if credits only partially covered it.
