Detailed guidance on setting up your payment integration with Stripe on the FlowerBuddy platform so that you can accept payments from your clients.
Instructions
From your dashboard, go to the top navigation bar.
Click on your profile icon and select "Account.
In the account settings, navigate to the tabs below and click on the "Payment Integration" tab.
Click on "Connect Stripe Account."
You will be redirected to Stripe's website.
If you have an existing Stripe account, connect it. If not, fill out a short form to create a new account.
After submitting the form, you will be redirected back to your FlowerBuddy account.
Initially, you will see a red X indicating that the account setup is not complete. This is normal. Stripe takes at least 15 minutes to process your application.
Once approved, green checkmarks will appear indicating the completion of the setup.
Occasionally, there may be additional items listed under the "Account Setup To-Do List" in FlowerBuddy. If you see items listed, click on "Manage Stripe Account" to update the required information in your Stripe account.
After updating the information, you will be brought back to your FlowerBuddy screen. Eventually, green checkmarks should appear next to "Payments Enabled" and "Payouts Enabled."
When you see the green checkmarks, your FlowerBuddy account is ready to accept payments.
