Setup, Connect, and Manage Your Stripe Account in FlowerBuddy

To accept payments through FlowerBuddy, you’ll need to connect your Stripe account.

To accept payments through FlowerBuddy, you’ll need to connect your Stripe account. Follow the steps below to get set up.

1. Access the Payment Integrations Tab

  • From your dashboard, click your profile picture icon in the top right corner.

  • Select “Workspace” to open your workspace settings.

  • Scroll through the tabs until you see “Payment Integrations.”

2. Connect to Stripe

  • Click the “Connect to Stripe Account” button.

  • You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s website, where you can:

    • Create a new Stripe account, or

    • Connect an existing Stripe account by entering your email.

3. Select and Confirm Your Account

  • If Stripe finds an existing account tied to your email, it will show a list for you to choose from.

  • After selecting your account, review the account details, then submit.

  • You’ll be redirected back to FlowerBuddy, where you’ll see a green checkmark confirming that your Stripe account is fully connected.

4. Troubleshooting & Account Management

  • If you see a warning message that says some info is missing from your Stripe account:

    • Click “Manage Stripe Account” to return to Stripe.

    • Stripe will prompt you to enter any required details.

Green checkmarks mean you’re ready to accept payments.

⚠️ Warnings should be resolved quickly—missing info can delay or block payouts.
