Use a referral code

Use the Referral Code tab to copy your workspace's code or redeem a code from another account or an active FlowerBuddy promotion.

The copy control and redemption field are shown in separate sections of the tab.

Share your code

Open Workspace Settings and select Referral Code. Under Share Your Referral Code, use the copy action beside the code. Paste it into the message or place where you are sharing it.

Redeem a code

1. Under Redeem A Referral Code, enter the code in Referral Code.

2. Select the checkmark icon at the end of the field.

FlowerBuddy formats the code as you type. A code must be valid and active. A customer referral code must belong to another account, not the workspace redeeming it.

When FlowerBuddy accepts a valid referral code, it records the code on the workspace and applies the associated FlowerBuddy credit balance transaction. Check the confirmation or error message before assuming the code was accepted.
