# Invite workspace members

Invite people from **Members** when they need their own access to shared FlowerBuddy data. You can assign a custom role before sending the invitation, or leave the role as **Full-Access**.

The Members tab shows the role choices alongside the invitation controls. The completed entry below has not been sent.

## Choose access before sending

1. Open **Workspace Settings** and select **Members**.
2. Under **Invite People**, enter one or more email addresses in the address field. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
3. Choose a custom role from the menu beside the address field when the person should have restricted access. Leave it at **Full-Access** when they should not have a custom role.
4. Select **Send Email**.

The addresses move to **Pending Invites** after FlowerBuddy sends the invitation. When an invited person accepts, FlowerBuddy adds them to the **Member List** and applies the selected role. An invitation without a custom role gives the new member **Full-Access**.

If the workspace has no available seats, add seats before sending more invitations. You can select **Manage roles** from the role picker to open **Roles** without sending the invitation.
