QuickBooks

The QuickBooks tab manages the workspace connection and the sync settings used with QuickBooks. It is available on eligible workspaces.

Choose Standard invoice sync when FlowerBuddy should create and update QuickBooks invoices from event invoice settings. Choose Accounting review / deferred revenue sync only for the advanced QuickBooks accrual-accounting option. In that mode, the account mapping and deferred-revenue setup live on Accounting > Accounts.

QuickBooks connection, sync mode, and standard invoice settings belong here. The Accounts tab in Accounting owns reporting categories, income and discount mappings, deferred revenue setup, and tax mappings.
