# Set Recipe Flowers and Hardgoods table display

The display controls choose whether Recipe Flowers and Hardgoods tables show a value for each item or the total for the row. A row total is the per-item value multiplied by the row quantity.

The selected radio buttons show the workspace's current display preference.

1. Open **Workspace Settings**, select **Display & Alerts**, then select **Display Settings**.
2. Under **Cost Column Display**, choose **Cost / ea.** for each-item cost or **Cost total** for the row total.
3. Under **Retail Column Display**, choose **Retail / ea.** for each-item retail value or **Retail total** for the row total.

FlowerBuddy saves the selected radio buttons for the workspace. These choices change how the values are displayed, not the stored cost, retail value, or quantity.
