Configure workspace notifications

The switches on Notification Settings choose which workspace updates produce a notification. They are useful when your team wants notice of client actions and payment timing without checking every event manually.

The Notification Settings subtab lists each notification as an independent switch. The image shows their currently saved switch states.

1. Open Workspace Settings, select Display & Alerts, then select Notification Settings.

2. Turn a switch on to receive that notification, or off to stop receiving it.

The available notifications are:

• Contract Signed when a contract is signed.

• Payment Received when a payment is received.

• Credit Received when the workspace receives FlowerBuddy credit.

• Payment Overdue: 3 Days when a payment is three days overdue.

• Payment Overdue: 7 Days when a payment is seven days overdue.

Choose the alerts that match the updates your workspace needs to notice. Turning off a notification does not change the contract, payment, credit, or overdue status itself.
