# Share a Quick Reference link

Open **Retail Settings > Quick Reference** to manage the shared staff link. The same link controls are available on a retail plan's **Build** tab. Both places manage the workspace link, not a separate link for each plan.

Anyone who has the link can view the included product details without signing in. This includes team-facing notes as well as images and ingredients. Review that information before sharing the link with staff.

## Generate and share the link

1. Select **Generate Link** when the workspace does not yet have a Quick Reference link.
2. Select the copy icon at the right of **Quick Reference URL**. **Link copied!** confirms the copy.
3. Paste the link into a browser to review it, or share it with staff through your normal team communication.
4. To provide a scannable code instead, select the QR code icon beside the URL. **Quick Reference QR Code** shows the code staff can scan on a phone.

The reference includes recipes listed directly in retail plans whose start and end dates include today. Recipes inside groups, plan templates, and plans outside that date range do not appear. Check those conditions if a product is missing.

## Use the staff reference

Ask staff to open a product card to see its images, description, estimated labor minutes, ingredient quantities, and **Notes**. The Notes include the Florist Notes saved with the product.

For preparation, staff can select **Add to Pull List**, then use the plus and minus controls to choose how many of each product they intend to make. **View Pull List**, or **Pull List** on a phone, shows both the selected products and the combined ingredient quantities. For example, choosing three arrangements that each use five roses adds 15 roses to the pull list.

**Clear List** clears that temporary selection. Choosing pull-list quantities does not edit the retail plan's product quantities or record an Inventory pull.

## Replace the link

Select **Regenerate Link** when the current link should stop working. In **Regenerate Link?**, read the warning and select **Confirm** to replace it.

The old URL and its QR code stop working immediately. Copy the new link and replace any QR codes or messages staff were using. You do not need a new link for each active retail plan.
